Refund Policy
CaMSOb operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles refunds.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access to paid content until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds. You may request a refund within 14 days of a payment, for any reason. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or use the link in your Paddle receipt. After 14 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at sokserei@gmail.com.
Free issues. Issues published during CaMSOb's free introductory period carry no charge and are not subject to this policy.
