Sopheak OK SEREI brings more than four decades of direct experience in Cambodian politics, governance, and public life to CaMSOb.

CaMSOb (Cambodian Multi-Sector Observatory) is an independent monthly publication launched in July 2026 by Sopheak Ok Serei. We analyse Cambodia's political, economic and governance landscape in English, Khmer and French: the Full Brief, a plain-language Digest with audio, and periodic supplements on Thailand (TW&IC) and international relations (IR&IC).
